XML Content Converters.

I am looking to hire an individual or a small company to do some backend content conversion for my company. Can be full time or part time. My company: Rulefree Media LLC. Rulefree runs various portals/virtual marketplaces aimed at Grade School to High School kids. I need a totally new look and feel for the various brands operating under Rulefree like xqee, etester and xflx. Work is mostly convering PDF and sometimes paper based content into XML documents. I prefer an individual or a team from India or someone who has a proven track record of working remotely and efficiently. I will be in India in February. Planning for trips to Hyderabad, Bengalore and perhaps Pune. I need to meet with you and see some of your work. So please be prepared before you show an interest. You can preview your own concepts, projects you have personally handled or designs of any company you were directly involved with. This is serious work for a serious person or company. Can be a nice income stream for someone who wants to work from home or make money working overtime. My meed is for the long term since my websites will need new content constantly.
