Here is a sample of a translation being done with the help of a CAT tool (Translation Workspace). The document is of a technical nature; it is an appendix to a leasing contract, and it was made by a land surveyor. (Lots of technical terms included)
About Me
I have 5+ years of experience in translation and interpretation from English to French and from French to English, and 3+ years of experience in transcription. I am a native French speaker and an English Bilingual. My areas of expertise include, medical, legal, financial (having a financial background), and technical translations and transcriptions. I can translate using various CAT tools (which, by the way, are not automatic translators; I never use such things ), and along the years I have built a large terminology in various fields, in order to ease and speed up my clients' work or projects. I have excellent french and English skills coupled with excellent research skills. My priority is the satisfaction of my clients (My former and current clients and employers can testify to that), and I am looking forward to have many of them on this platform.
