I have a Canvas LMS server in debian. I cannot get it to pull inbound email from a gmail account. I believe I have the settings correct but the server does not even appear to by trying to access the POP3 account. Have been told this may be an issue in the Ruby on Rails configuration. You will have to successfully install and configure the most recent version of Canvas LMS as per these instructions: You will also be required: (1) Document in detail the exact additional steps you used to configure and install the system (2) Specify the steps that need to be modified in the configuration if we want to copy the installation on another AWS EC2 server (if any change is needed). I am using Canvas LMS open source and the emails that are being replied to through mail clients are not being forwarded to the Canvas LMS inbox. This is the message my hosting company left on the Github help section but did not get a reply. The emails seem to be getting to the server, but Canvas is not processing them. Please have extensive knowledge of Canvas. This could lead to a long-term employer/employee relationship for any future issues with Canvas I may have. Please speak fluent english.
