I have a Plesk server running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. It will offer a limited number of applications like WordPress and Moodle that are already in the Plesk application catalog. I'd like to add new applications to a private catalog like Instructure Canvas (Ruby on Rails) and BigBlueButton (Java). I believe Plesk offers a specification for custom packages. Please let me know if you can help design new custom packages for deployments of these software applications.

I have successfully installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS on my server along with 90% of the tasks related to these two installation procedures: 1) ISSUES: I am running into issues with the (1) Postgres Database population and (2) Javascript File Generation (npm install) on this page: The *.js issue in compile_assets seems to be a known issue: however I do not know how to resolve it. (3) The Apache server default page was showing up and now when accessing the website it says permission denied so I am not sure what has happened.
