I am looking for someone to build a tool that works similar to this: I need to have this tool built to show geolocate Photos and a Walking path (KML file) both displaying on the same map. I need a tool. I am not looking to have one map done on arcgis or something like that. The photos on the map should be displayed based on what Google Photos albums I pick.

Using the DTM provided for 2 km long corridor, grid elevation has to be extracted and added to the CAD file attached. The grid elevation will have to be made 15m at both sides of the centreline in the kml (Total 30m along the centreline)

The goal of the service is to accept a street address and then output if the address is located inside of a polygon we have in a KML file. here is how this should work 1-The API will take a GET request of the address info. this should be just a single string. the API will hit a 3rd party service MAPbox to geocode the address to get a long lat value for it 2-The API will then query against the KML data stored in Mapbox to see if the "point" is found in any polygon.
