Background I am trying to analyze our sales areas and the potential population within this sales area. To do this I would like to create a single KML file containing multiple sales area polygons to upload to [login to view URL] app to see our potential population we can cover with sales. Problem I have data containing sales area polygons which include city name, country name, coordinates (multiple lat & long) and polygons however I am unable to find a tool to transfer this data at once to a clear KML file. Rather I am only able to do it 1 by one which is not scalable. Expectation I need a solution either in form of a tool or an easy process to be able to use the above data to create 1 simple KML file which would contain information on multiple city names and areas (up to 200). This is just an exmaple there will be more areas in the future. Only offers which provide a clear explanation how to reach a solution will be taken into account. Also payment will be made only after the KML is working

The format of your csv resembles geojson format, but it's not. I can tweak the file into proper geojson for you using a little script, no matter how large your csv is. Then you can import into QGIS 3.x and immediately export as KML format. The result will be all polygons (with their respective attributes) in a single KML as required.

Pozdrav, the best aproach from what I can see would be to parse the cvs file (assuming this is the input), iterate through the list and save each entry in XML-like fomat which is used for the KML files. This can be done either via command line running the "convert" script with input list as an argument or a simple GUI can be created which would take the cvs input and save the KML output.
