I have a Polycom VVX 500 Handset which was setup to work on iiNet Lync Service. I have left iiNet and want to reconfigure the phone with my new VoIP provider however I have no Admin password for the phone and have tried everything I can find on the net to reset these phone. This project is for development of a Lync Conversation Window Extension for Microsoft Lync 2010 and 2013. The purpose of the Window Extension is to embed a web browser component within the right-hand side of a chat window. The Window Extension will send email address about the email sender and recipients to a web service endpoint in JSON format and display the webpage that is returned from the server. I'm using Lync API which will allow me to control Lync however I want. This program written in C#, at its current stage, the program will poll status information about Lync, (ie. from Minimizing a window to when an incoming Lync call arrives). I just want to be able to send information about its status down to a dummy program written in C++. Then the dummy program written in C++ should send data back to the C# program, for this, you can just have the C++ program write a acknowledgement byte back. Named pipe API is the only way I know in which can allow you to open multiple channels (or "pipes") to send and receive data back and forth. Hi there, Can someone help us setting up Microsoft Lync online? We already have O365 and we using it for our organization. However the core purpose of getting Lync online is to integrate with voIP where we can receive calls on virtual DIDs in different locations. So our customers can cal those DIDs and call will come to our various ring groups and any staff can pick up the call and answer customer's query based on what number is dialed and which ring groups are to ring.
