Hi Guys, We use OTRS () and require someone to write us a simple MySQL script that will do the following: Check to see if a customer has services allocated to them. If they do not, update everyone in their company so that various services are assigned to them based on the service name. Key is making the SQL efficient, ie. it should take only a second or two to run, even with a large number of records so probably the more done in SQL rather than loops etc in the shell script would be preferable. OTRS is an Open Source trouble ticketing sytstem. We require a system tray application to be written in VB.NET that can use the OTRS SOAP API to allow the user to search for a company, pop up a list of associated users, and associated open tickets for that company / user.
