Microsoft Speech SDK API (URGENT)

Need to write a Microsoft Speech SDK API, and allow us to do: 1. we will give out a correct sound file and can be played in the internet, let the user know how to speak a vocabulary 2. then, we will use Flash in our webpage, and then ask the user to record their voice, and it will be saved in our server 3. the role of the API here need to compare these 2 voice, and then return a XML file to describe the: -- how similar they are, with marks from pt 1 to 5 (5 is the most similar). -- with the sound wave form graphic We will have a server with using Linux and Tomcat, and we will use JAVA as our webpage language.
