Ajax Rating Bar via ASP (C++)(repost)

The (Unobtrusive) AJAX Rating Bar (V 1.2.2) is currently a PHP (open source) solution (<[login to view URL]>). The PHP code interfaces with a database and is used to create the html code which includes and uses the JS-code (which is already part of the source code). Goal: 1. Create a C++ version of the mentioned code that is connecting to a component for storing data in a local db and/or a remote db; i.e. the component has in 3 modes a. Storing Rating Data locally b. Storing Rating Data remotely c. Storing Rating Data locally and remotely Remark: Source Code/Library to use embedded SQL statement for SQLite and Web-Service is provided; DB Model is provided 2. The Ajax Rating Bar Component is called via from a web-page and is displaying values from the DB related to a tag in the Webpage. After user-sided changing of the rating, a value is send to the DB/web-service (depending on the above mentioned component type) **Remark:** _Alternatively_ -- instead of AJAX (i.e. JavaScript in a Webpage): a component/control with a COM interface; However, same mouse-over behaviour as the AJAX component 3. The C++ component displays (scalable in size) stars and (!) on the left side a different first icon (representing a dislike, please see image) Displaying the rating bar with additional text representing the star (see image) depending on mouse-over or selected star (via JavaScript) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
