Simple-1 column mouseover tab menu

I have made a webpage and added a table at the top with 9 images (in 9 cells)for links. Now I've decided I want to add a mouseover menu to ONLY 1 of these images. I am close already but I know it's not right (please view the source code). You can view what I have at the link below (mouseover SHOP). I know this is a simple project for someone that knows a little code but I can't get it right without the main image moving around. I want something very simple to add to the code if possible. To have the menu background fade out a little would be a plus but not necessary. I'll pay $30. [login to view URL]
