Asp .Net expert, educational website

I have attached a copy of my project in word format to this. Please read it FULLY before bidding. I won't want someone to waste my time. I need a .net and website expert to build this for me. I need to make sure it it visually pleasing. I do NOT have a lot of time for this project. If you cannot dedicate 110% to this project, please do not bid. As you can see from my history, I am an excellent buyer and I don't mind paying as long as you get this project done right and quick. I need someone who is willing to communicate with me to get this done. That is VERY important. There might be small points in the attached document that I forgot to mention or may come up during the development process. I want someone who is willing to work on this to make it perfect, not someone who is going to ask me extra money for small points I may have forgot. Again, I do NOT have much time. IF you can get this done for me in a few days (max 1 week), that is what I am looking for. I do not want someone who is going to outsource it. I want to work directly with the developer. I already have the framework for this project in place because it is changing another project I have already done. I will provide you all the files. Please bid if you can get this done is a few days, else do not bid. The time frame is very important.
