Modify existing Dot Net functions

Modify existing .net functions Skills required: .NET 1.1, C#, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, SQL2000. The task: Recently another freelancer did this work for me, but it is not very satisfactory. This functions written in .net need to be redone or polish it up to make it more professional level. I will give you the existing source code. Your task is to study it and make these function better. I wants lots of inline comments explaining what the code module is doing and write pseudo code for these functions for future maintenance.
