88568 WebForm to Database to Outlook

Hello, Here is what I am in need of. I have a web based form that already made and in use. Currently the asp form has data entered and when submitted is dumped in to a access 2000 database. What I need to happen now is that I need the web form to submitt to the database which should be accessible by outlook online for all of our employees. So the data would be entered via web form submitted to the access database and then synchronized to a custom form inside outlook 2003. There will be a custom form made in outlook 2003. When the database gets a new contact it will automatically upon synchronization with outlook add that contact and the associated information on the custom form for that contact. It should be mentioned that it will not be a 2 way sync just a one way from the database down to outlook. This is probably very unclear but that is the general idea of what I am trying ot accomplish. If you have some ideas let me know...if you know of a software that you feel already does that let me know...I look forward to hearing from you...
