Wordpress mass password changer software

I need urgently a software that loads a .csv file and change the passwords of all the wordpress sites listed. The format of the CSV file is like this: "domain name","userID","Password","New Password" The software should add automatically '/[login to view URL]' to the domain address path to login into the admin panel, so I don't need to type it into the csv file. The software needs to show a status bar about the work process and also output a log file if something goes wrong (like one wordpress site is 404 or the CSV has the wrong password). If one site's password cannot be changed, it should be omitted but reported to the logfile to check on later.
