MS Access Database Publishing

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: We currently run a MS access database that we modify manually, then upload VIA FTP to publish the changes. We want to publish this database via webpage so that we can either update or modify (create/edit tables, fields) of the database online without the need to work on the access database directly. Currently, every time we need to change, add, modify, any table or field we have to download the database, make changes manually, then upload it. We don't want to do this since it takes allot of time and it also interrupts the user's session. All pages created for this project must be protected from outside access, only an administrator with login id and password will be able to see or modify any of these pages.
