Need to modify a wordpress site

I have a word press site that needs to be adjusted: ([[login to view URL]][1]) 1. Remove all the wordpress default links on the pages. 2. In the about page, remove all the links/boxes that makes it looks like a post, I want this page to be like a normal about page. 3. Replace the main logo with my logo. 4. On the main page I want some texts (I will change them later) and then a form, and then a download button using a picture of a button I provide. (make the button do a form post, I'll replace the code later to a real form) 5. I need a thank you page to later redirect the form post, but this page should not be on any menu.
