Website Intro Animation Video

We are looking for a website intro/explanation animation of what the website does and the problem it solves. About 30-40 seconds long, we will provide the written script according to which the animation should be built. Our target audience is 18-45 yrs old (70% of them females). The video should be a 2D animation uploadable easily to youtube and vimeo, tools used dont really matter to us. Will also require the source code. Ordinarily we deal with these kind of design work in house but 2D animation is not a field we built a lot of expertise on.
