This job will look very much familiar for people who work in academia. Ideally looking for a college/grad student who: - has access to library database at your school - is organized and pay attention to detail - has 10 hours of free time each week The goal is to collect around 100 papers under topics of interest (usually related to marketing research). And list the titles and abstracts of the articles in Word files. The end result is that all the papers and Word files need to be highly organized and save people's time to find a certain paper. The task: 1. Searching for certain key words in a few marketing journals (Journal of Marketing etc.) 2. Download those articles into corresponding folders. Change the pdf file names to the article names. Sort pdf files by name alphabetically. 3. Copy the abstracts and titles to Word documents. Change the citation format to American Marketing Association format (Very easy! Just change period to comma etc. I will provide the sample!). Number the list to match with the pdf file lists.
