Video Editing / Animation

We are seeking someone that can help create several Intros / Endings to Memorial Tribute Videos. I have attached a sample of a "clouds fly through scene" that we had created by another coder on RAC. You will notice that some of the effects are done by you, the coder. And then we overlay some of the "generic" text from our Video Editing program, in order to personalize it. The person that creates these intros / endings need to be very creative and have the skill & knowledge of things such as Adobe After Effects, Flash, and a 3D Modeling Program. You will also have to create the sound effects as well. For the clouds flythrough scene we purchased some stock video then simply overlaid some of the effects. With our new intros / endings, I think that we can do the same sort of thing. We are looking for things such as fly through scenes along the ocean, and over a field of wild flowers with butterflys flying about. We can start with those, then develop more later. In order for us to consider you for this job, we need to see samples of your previous work. Also, give us some feedback on how you would complete the job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform WMV 720x480 (DVD Quality)
