Blackberry Microphone Activator - Repost - open to bidding

Blackberry Microphone Activator I need an app that will allow a third party to secretly activate the microphone of an Blackberry phone enabling third party to listen to the Blackberry phones surrounding. Think of it as turning the Blackberry phone into a “bugging” device. The application must operate "secretly" on the Blackberry and not be visible to the user. It also must not appear in any folder on the Blackberry. I have no preference as to the execution of the app however it must not be visible the owner of the Blackberry phone. Required functions: 1.) Allow third party to designate when microphone is activated or deactivated. a. If microphone activated by incoming call then Blackberry microphone should be deactivated when: i. Third party disconnects by hanging up third party phone. ii. The touching of any key on the Blackberry phone. b. If microphone activated by incoming call application will need dialog box to designate “control telephone number”. c. If microphone activated by incoming SMS it is preferable that Android phone should call “control number” thereby establishing connection with third party and activating microphone upon call to “control number”. d. Same disconnection parameters may also apply for SMS activation of Blackberry microphone. 2.) Must have some type of licensing / activation code written in to protect against piracy. Preferably where user (third party) would receive email containing activation code that woul be entered upon installation. 3.) Application must be hidden from Blackberry user and not appear in Applications or any other folder on Blackberry. Obviously I am not a programmer. I can only state what I need the app to do. I leave functionality and programming structure up to you. If you can develop app in such a way that is better I am open to all suggestions. Thank you.
