Product brochures to new service

Assignment to create product brochures for a new software service Hi! We are developing a new software service and will need to create the following product brochures: 1. A4-format (2 pages) – Basic introduction (in English) 2. A4-format (4 pages) – For customer: Case Consultancy management (in English) 3. A4-format (4 pages) – For suppliers: Case to be defined (in English) //same style&structure as no 2 4. A6-format (2 pages) – Flyer (in Swedish) The first work is to agree on the style and template that will be throughout the various formats. This will require some iterations. More info: • Most pictures used will be Logo, GUIs from the tool that is being developed (drafts exist). • Additional pictures required will need to be taken from royalty free places and agreed. • The colors/style/feeling should be in line with the software being developed (drafts exists). • The color style and feeling should be the same in all deliverables. • Each delivery should be ready and sent to a publishing service(s) where you should have the technical dialogue of their requirements. • Each delivery should supply all source files for any coming own works/change of supplier, including PDFs, source formats etc. Schedule 1. Drafts done to agreed to format and with draft text and draft pictures included (50% milestone), ready 7th October. Must also be in PDF for stakeholder feedback. 2. Updates with final pictures and any text changes to final version, 31st of October(25% milestone) 3. Payment when printed without errors in contact with requirements from publishing service (25% milestone) 4. Option 1. Additional 25% milestone when printed and updates made for any new language version. Please quote for steps 1-3 and where step 4 is an option to an agreed price. I include an example of a 2 page, just to get a feeling of scope & style. It should of course be some fresh professional ideas and style proposals from this example, but it included to show what is about and what type of info that there is. The schedule may need to be modified if there are any changes in the ongoing development of the service, since there is a dependency to that work.
