House Plans MOD using AutoCAD Architecture 2012

I need the attached drawing that has been started in AutoCAD Architecture 2012 to be finished. Right now i have the main floor, basement, bonus room above garage and roof plan in separate areas in the drawing. I need them to be stacked on top of each other and put into the 3D format that runs in AutoCAD Architecture by default. I need all of the walls sizes to the room height and generate new roof plan and elevation views. I am also wanting someone to be able to set up wall styles with studs, sheet rock, brick, stone, stucco, wood, and other multiple materials at different levels on the same wall. I will also need a fully dimensioned and noted drawing similar to the attached samples. Please send me samples that you have done in AutoCAD Architecture so I can view your work. Also take note of the rendering in the sample. I will not require this at this time but may in the future under another project. I will have multiple house plans per month that i am trying to find a qualified professional to be able to have a quick turn around time and product that matches what I expect. this is a sample project so i can make sure you know what you are doing.
