Installing PowerMta and Interspire

We need someone that knows how to install the Interspire and setup a server with [login to view URL] mta mail server, config it with dkim and spf and feedback loops. set the domain limits so we will not exceed per ip. We have a serer for the Interspire , and 64 available ips. we use one domain now. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO GET VERY HIGH INBOX RATE! you need to have both the interspire and the PowerMta to use for the installation.(and other addons) we want to start with 0.5 million emails a day, and later much more. we just need the installation and the setup; our person is sending the campaigns. please make sure that you know the setup and installation perfectly and do not reply if you do not. the starting of the work is immediately. since we are using both those and 64 ips we expect very high inbox rate. we pay all the expanses on the servers, names, ips etc. you get paid only for the work. we will need to know the time it will take you and the cost of work. by the way, when we will increase speed we will need the mobrak addon for the interspireAdditional Project Description: We need advice about what link to have in the mail, since we do not want to have the domain blacklisted, and we don't want the link to be recognized and have the emails marked as spam. we need also a system that check the emails score, not just words with high score of spamming, but also word combinations (sa and bayne). we need the setup of the and the project is to have all the setups of sending pace, and check that all works find after start sending and fix what that is needed. by bidding you accept all the demands and assure you can deliver it all.
