I am looking for a xen or kvm vps server that can be used for sending bulk emails. I would like the server to have 32 IP's and they should not be on any major blacklists. I would also like to have automated rdns control of the ip's. If no rdns control is given, I would like to be assured that rdns requests will be handled within a few hours. The server specs can be minimal as I will be tunneling the IP's to my dedicated server but I would like at least a 100mb bandwidth and 500mb ram
