need send 15k emails

I have 15K email addresses list of potential clients that needs to be sent. Each email needs to be sent to their respective name I want to send 2 email to each email, so thats in total 30k emails to be sent. The list is in a txt file containing name and email address I'll also provide you the subject & the body text in HTML. All emails should appear as sent > from: my email Please let me know what's the lowest rate & how quickly you can do this job. Lowest & quickly finish bidder will be accept. Please bid only serious & professional bulk email sender who use software to do bulk mailing quickly. Give me the following information: - daily quantity - Full campaign statistics, click through rate, bounce rate ect. 99% of emails must go to inbox If your % will be lower then 99% im not interested, I will test email delivered (they should be delivered to inbox 99% not to spam box)
