Simple iPhone Application

Looking for an iPhone developer who can help to create the following: Simple iPhone application with the following features: - in offline mode, display a list of up to 20 topics with checkbox beside - user can simply click each topic (task) if done - List of topics/tasks per day - display total # completed for the day - possibility to add/delete standard task/topic for future days - store results in an xls sheet - Option feature: Upload the results to a website and store in MySql database structure This is a low budget project, but if successful might lead to other programming jobs.
