Simple Inventory Management Software

I need a custom inventory management desktop application created for a client of mine. It needs to be extremely user friendly as this client is not fond of computers. The following is what it should be able to do: * Keep track of user created data such as inventory categories, items (assigned to a category), tags that can be assigned to each item such as status (sold, sale pending, or other user defined tags), creation date/time, date sold, date/time last updated, etc. All tags should be sortable in columns. * Images to be assignable to individual items and categories should be able to have their own image as well. * Data needs to be searchable by item number, description, category, image, or any custom tag, or combination of classification details. * Needs to keep track of inventory changes, such as additions, deletions, status modifications, etc. * Needs to have login capability, with different levels for users. Managers/Administrators need to be able to set view/modification permissions for other users to the software. * Needs to have an easy way to collect database changes (including images) and email to a given email address or collection of email addresses without using Outlook or another visual email client. * When looking at the column view, images don't need to be shown, but when double clicking on an item's line, it should open features about that item, including displaying associated images (and the item's other details of course). * Needs to be very simple to install and setup even with very little computer knowledge. * I need full source and rights to the software, regardless of the language it is written in.
