DLL for importing csv files into Multicharts

I need some solution how to insert time series from csv file into Multicharts for use in functions and indicators. csv file contains irregularly spaced time events, signals, generated by another application. These events for a particular ticker should be imported into Multicharts, normalized to appropriate time intervals (bars), and be available for use in functions and charts. The ultimate goal is to combine price information for a particular ticker with these signals on the same chart and create signals and indicators based on these events.
