compilers and ide for windows mobile 6.1 arm

The project is about porting 4 compilers and a IDE to windows mobile, in order to develop on windows mobile, for windows mobile. The compilers are: pocketc#, gcc, gcj and gnupascal or freepascal. The ide should support the following languages: maxscript (3dsmax8), actionscript2, html, python, perl, lisp, c/c++, java, pascal, hlsl, glsl, php, mysql, c# and vb.net. The IDE must also support syntax highlighting, tooltip/intellisense, major debugging and direct compiler invoking and have to be emacs or eclipse based. ## Deliverables nothing to add
