We are seeking to get a 100 percent customizable SalesForce app based on Force.com platform due to the fact this is a less expensive route than to go to salesforce.com directly. We are looking to strip down the app, so that the look and feel is more like the Enterprise version. Please be very specic as to if you ca handle this and if you have done this before or not. the app we are looking to this to is propertybase.com
From that point we are looking to do the following:

Need help in importing Data from SalesForce.com Contact Manager to Force.com or Sales Force Enterprise or Professional app based on the SalesForce.com platform.
Need to import data from SF (contact manager version) into the application, do light customization of fields pages, layout and workflow and triggers. ,Need to set up templates, email settings, etc.. New user. We would like to do broadcast emails using API or a script to pull from a CSV file daily.
Need ongoing support and fixes after that.
