I have attendance management web application in VB, ASP.NET which contains following pages: employees, excuse, vacation, shifts, reports( attendance report, late report, overtime report, monthly summery …etc), dashboard, fix Incomplete transaction, warning letter, monthly sheet,manual access log, overtime approve, employee transfer, application user.
We take the employee transactions In and Out from the table and use them in the application, this application already working but with bad structure and many bugs, so I am looking for a good programmer who will change the code into C# and fix bugs especially in the shift and reports page and make them flexible, this will be in the first phase, after that in the second phase I need him to support the application to keep it update and support unexpected issues in it.
So for the first phase the price will be (400$ - 600$) and for the second phase the price will be (400$ - 600$ monthly).
Please mention in your bed the time you need for the first phase.
Note: I prefer who has experience in this field, and ofcourse the best price and time will considered.

OK - So overall, I see you have at least 16 web pages in your application and all of them needs to be converted to C#. Also as you said in the first phase, bugs in two of your pages needs to be covered.

If possible I would like to see the applications and work through a mockup of the desired features which do not exist in the current application. Also I want to clarify that there is a VB.Net application which you want updated to C#, not the website.
