Fix Styling Bugs

Hi, This is a new website that I have created. [login to view URL] There are a few bugs on it that need fixing ASAP. Here is what I need fixed: The clouds background does not repeat vertically to the full height of the web page, instead it is the height of the initial portal. It Needs to repeat dynamically and be the full height of the content. The website has a few browser compatibility problems. The website displays correctly (apart form the above bug) in IE8 (with compatibility mode disabled) + Firefox 3.6 and therefore you should use one of these browsers as a reference to fixing the below or see attached JPG file. The website should display correctly in: -- IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9 (PC) -- Firefox 3.6 + (PC/MAC) -- Chrome 8+ (PC/MAC) -- Safai 5+ (MAC) -- an iPhone/iPod/iPad You can download the CSS from the website itself, the HTML structure is mostly common accross all pages of the website.
