hi i have seen the menus please tell me do you use same style /template on joomla other way to put is made heading on left as menu name and under it display sub menu in this way it will look like left block of menus if you have any more idea i am interested to work even if you like on any other site one thing i tell you after i see your joomla template it can be best analyzed thanks and regards

Hi, if this is a project to upgrade your "old" website to a new one with new template AND to have well presented menus with submenus than one day is too short... if you need suggestion how to do it, here is one for free :) All your's top level menus remain same, but they are linking to a Article category Blog. In that way every aspect of medical problems will be covered and well presented on that page (with "Read more") and all "old" submenu items will be blog articles. hope that helps, Thanks, Milos
