Hello, I currently work in-house for a consulting firm and I deal with vendor and independent contractor (sub-contractor) agreements and client service agreements on a daily basis. I draft, review and negotiate these agreements. Particular areas I’m well versed in are confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, limitations of liability and indemnification protections. If awarded your project, I’ll review your documents then provide you my comments and suggestions for revisions and we can modify them further from there if needed. Summary of my experience: I'm based in New York City and have my law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law. I have three years experience in the contracts and corporate paper department of a major Washington D.C. based law firm, two years reviewing and negotiating contracts in house at a major credit card company, and two years experience reviewing and developing employment contracts and related corporate paper for inter-corporate/subsidiary/affiliate entities in house at a major, world-wide consulting company.
