Legal virtual PA/Virtual Assistant: Nettprofile International a leading provider of translations is looking for a virtual admin assistant. You have to be available 30 hours a week (total 120 hours per month). 5 days a week to be mutually decided. Offer open to overseas candidates but mind that you would be working within London (UK ) , GMT timezone. Prerequisits: Very good command of the English language both written and [login to view URL] you possess an other language ( Spanish , Portuguese , French or Italian) preferable but not essential. Excellent customers handling ability. Good computer knowledge to include MsOffice application. Excellent sense of organisation and the ability to work independently. The ability to write and write very well in English UK or US is essential, particularly legal and commercial. Your duties: Virtual call handling assistance Virtual secretarial duties Data entry to include book keeping and invoicing Agenda keeping and recording Filing and organisation of data Email correspondence answering. Some Marketing research Backup with general copywriting ( Drafting of contract, proposals and sales letter, report , emarketing, brochure etc.) All candidates to conduct the following test. In no more than 300 words. Write a short brief. Subject The English Language. In a few words, describe the difference between the various forms of writen and spoken English (UK, US, Australian etc.). Addressing the nuances in your own words and understanding. Your audience , language buyer of translation services for the English language. Your aim to help them make an informed decision.
