I need someone to help me get a cyber stalker off my back

Hi I am needing someone to get a cyber stalker off my back by any means necessary. This person continuously: Tries to access my passwords,emails etc. Uses my personal information to commit fraud and access my ebay. Uses fake accounts to try to harass my ebay profiles. Spread malicious rumors through social media. Copies all my posts from social media Uses fake accounts to send me emails everyday & Uses fake accounts to conduct indecent contact children This has been going on for 6 months, I need this person simply off my back with this campaign he is running. Please tell me your methods or if you can get authorities to act, collect information, take the persons attention away from me - whatever your tactic, absolutely do anything to simply get this person off my back as I simply do not have the time to deal with the person. Do not attempt to negotiate with this person, as I have been ignoring this person for 6 months yet this still continues :(
