Format MS Word Document

I require an individual to format the NUMBERING 500 page document which has MCQ Questions. What I require is to format the question number and then the numbers (A-D) of each question. I have done some of the questions which will be used as an example. That's it. Should be no more than a few hours work for someone who has good MS WORD Skills and has good attention to detail. If this is done right, there is more MS WORD work.
