Find good website examples showing how their services are sold

This job requires no coding or real design skills. I need a researcher to go find good examples of how some websites display a really nice summary of: 1 - What they do 2 - How they do it Simple steps that say 'here's how to use our service'. It could include video clips, really strong design, nice pictures - anything really. My goal is to present a similar layout for my service which is selling real-estate online. I've included an example for something completely unrelated. Your deliverables will be: A text summary of around 10 websites which show really strong design and convey their service to the user in a very effective way. So it's very much a market research job. I am undertaking a large design/build project so am seeking someone who can perform tasks like this and also coordinate many threads of work that are required during the analysis/development/test process. Feels like a few hours work, no more.
