Hi Sir / Madam, Nice to see your bid. I have gone through the sample document. Sorry to say that the document is a bit substandard. There are no TOC and index, starting of the document is not very effective, title page is not impressive, the header & footer is quite awkward. Also a lot of work has to be done on the narration and organization of text in paragraphs. I have already experience in documentation. 3 years back, I designed a manual for the software of my office, I edited and proof read the bidding documents of my office quite frequently and I also edited and updated the ISO Documents of the ICT Department of my office.
