Script-writing for an animated marketing video

We are a call center company. Our target market is 1-10 man companies in US, UK and Canada. We specialize in inbound customer support over phone, email and livechat. We even do backoffice tasks. We have been in this business since 2006. We are having an animated video made for the homepage of our website and for that we need a copywriter to write a script. Basically the video will be something on the lines of the video you see on the homepage of [login to view URL] We already have a person who will make the video but need someone to write a script for us. The requirements from the script are: 1) The video should not exceed 1.5 minutes so the script should be written accordingly. 2) We want to address the following problems that small business owners face: -- Some people don't give a lot of importance to customer support and land up missing support calls and delaying email responses resulting in customers leaving them. -- They think it is more important to get new customers than retaining old customers, which is a myth! -- We work 24/7/365 so we make sure none of their customer support calls go answered. Even if a calls comes in at 4 am, we will answer it. -- They land up spending a lot of their time on customer support activities which retracts their focus from growing their business. -- They get so caught up in customer support that they are not able to spend valuable time with their family and loved ones. -- The high customer support costs (employee + overheads) in US, UK and Canada eat into their profitability. Outsourcing to us will be cheaper. -- We are experts at what we do whereas they try to do it just because it is their baby. Its time they focus on their core competencies and leave the responsibility of keeping their customers satisfied with us. 3) Now we need someone who can make the script as impactful as possible. By impactful we mean that every business owner should hear the script and feel that "Yes, thats my problem too!". They should be able to relate to it instantly. We want it to be professional, but at the same time, witty. It should contain elements that strike the viewer immediately. We want abstract ways of driving through the points we want to make. 4) The script should NOT explain things the way I have explained it on top. It should highlight the real life, practical problem scenarios so that our viewers are engaged to our website and they are able to connect with us. We are looking for exceptional work. We will be looking to have a conversation with the winning bidder to explain things more in detail. We will let you know our website once your bid is accepted.
