15040 Create Free Accounts

Hello, I am looking for someone to create 100 accounts at a social networking website. It is a two page form (to create account and profile) with around 10 - 20 questions. You must verify the account with email activation. The bid is for creating 100 accounts. Please include your estimated turn around time. I would also like the person to use a proxy if possible. Please let me know if your bid includes proxies or not.
