I am a highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Most recently I have been in charge of managing a variety of projects with varying deadlines, setting and prioritizing tasks, ensuring various parties were performing assigned tasks and ultimately closing multi-million dollar financing on several projects.
Writing, proof-reading and communicating effectively with a wide variety of audiences has also been an integral part of my work, whether drafting letters to stakeholders, tenants or legal counsel, or developing and maintaining relationships to grow and expand the business. My positions have required me to think critically and strategically, prioritize a multitude of tasks, juggle competing priorities and liaise with multiple parties to address concerns and achieve the desired outcome.
