Copy articles from a PDF into Microsoft Word document - repost 2

I have a 52-page PDF document. I require the text on the following pages to be converted or copy/pasted into a Microsoft Word document: 5, 9-16, 18-24, 26-37, 39-45 and 50. Each article should be saved as an individual Microsoft Word document, as either a .doc or .docx file. Headings and subheadings should be bolded. Please use Arial 12 point font and check to ensure that text has not formatted incorrectly during this process. I also require screenshots of the images on these pages: 10, 12, 14, 19 (all), 27, 28, 33, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40-43 (all), 44 and 48-49 (all). Please save these in a folder and use the following filing convention: screenshot_page1_a; screenshot_page1_b etc. I will supply the PDF file to the successful applicant at 9am on Friday 28 February 2014 (Sydney time) and will require final documents by 12pm on Sunday 2 March 2014.
