I have an excel document that consists of 31 worksheets. Each worksheet represents a year, from 1981 to 2010 and then a final aggregated worksheet. Within each worksheet, the set up is the same, with a list of about 220 countries. There are then about 140 columns, some with data in, some without.
The task is to set up the final aggregated worksheet so the rows show country and year. For example:
Country A 1981
Country A 1982
Country A 1983 etc to 2010
Country B 1981
Country B 1982 etc
The data shown within each column of each worksheet must then be put into the aggregated worksheet for the correct country and year. For example:
variable 1 variable 2
Country A 1981 5 4.2
Country A 1982 3 3
I've attached an example of the final aggregated worksheet (Top File) and the data for 2009 and 2010. Orange and blue columns are empty throughout all worksheets if that it any help.
I am expert in Excel both excel standard and Vba coding. I work with excel more than 10 years. I used to do one project with more complex than this one. I am confident to finish this within 1 day. More in PM.
