Lottery odds calculation.

I wish to have the odds calculated in a six drawn numbers out of a forty five numbers lottery game utilising specific elimination procedures as described: Eliminate 6 consecutive numbers selection; eliminate 5 consecutive numbers selection; eliminate 4 consecutive numbers selection. Have no more than three consecutive numbers in any selection. Eliminate any grouping within any ten consecutive numbers selection, as in: 2,3,5,6,8,11 or 23, 24, 26, 27, 29, 30. Eliminate even only selections. Eliminate odd only selections. Eliminate definitive odd/even/odd selections such as: 10,15, 18, 21, 22, 25. Eliminate sequential selections as in every 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th, number. In addition to calculating the odds as outlined please supply cost for providing printed list. (Online, if possible).
