PCB Board Layout Design for Prototype

We are looking for someone that can design our PCB Layout. We would like the footprint to be as small as possible. Items that are to be included in the design are: 1. Telit GE865-QUAD GSM/GPRS Ball-Grid-Array (BGA) module (Website: [login to view URL] ) (Data Sheet Included) 2. GPS Chip and Antenna (Still deciding on this items) 3. Accelerometer (Data Sheet Included) 4. SIM Socket (SIM Card Holder) (Data Sheet Included) 5. Adapter for a Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery to power the PCB so that the user can plug a wall charger in to charge the battery. 6. Adapter for the Rechargeable Battery to connect to the PCB to power it. 7. Connectors for BOTH the GPS antenna and the GSM/GPRS antenna. 8.
