Hello. I am experienced with almost all 8-bit and 16-bit PIC microcontrollers. I am also good at making C programs for microcontrollers. For compiling, I use compilers XC8, XC16, HI-TECH and mikroC. Regards development environments, I use MPLAB, HI-TIDE and mikroC. Regards hardware and peripheral structure of microcontroller, I know input and output ports, PWM modules, variety communication protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, RS232, RS485, PCI, One-Wire), oscillators, voltage regulators, comparator and A/D convertors, and with LCD displays, sensors (light sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, encoders), motor drivers, relays, power transistors, LEDs and pushbuttons. My projects are verified in software Proteus and with development boards. I think that my finished projects are high-quality and low-cost. Kind regards

I am a senior embedded engineer with 9-years experience on embedded systems. I have used PIC16/PIC18 familiy at 2004-2008 then TI C2000 and ARM_cortex-M3 microcontrollers till now. I didn't use any simulator for PIC, but for ARM and C2000 i use TI's simulator. Therefore, I think I can do your job by making simple RS232 interface for serial port between PC and PIC that enables to communicate over terminal program on PC. thanks. I have experience about Microchip's microcontrollers (16fxxx and 18fxxx series), specially in designing embedded systems. I have worked in projects with PID's control systems (temperature and position control), Data acquisition, TCP/IP protocols, etc. I usually make a flow chart considering all the given specifications and functions that the systems should satisfy. After this, I implement this logic in a particular programming language in order to perform the software. Then I use a simulation software in order to verify the performance of the system at least of the theorical point of view and by this way I make corrections (if there are failures) or optimations of the software so that it can improve its performance.

I am studying computer systems engineering at university (USQ, Australia) and I have just completed a project that sounds similar to your request. This project required us to select a PIC from the 18F family, interface some hardware with the device and write and test some software routines using C. The project was completed using MPLAB IDE (XC8 compiler) and I fully tested my design using Oshonsoft simulation software.
