Creation of software to eliminate repetitive entries on various forms required by law when we buy and sell vehicles in Queensland Australia. I originally created a very amateur excel spreadsheet which doesn't fill all the repeated forms nor does it print out our pdf's. I also paid somebody to create what I really need however it was a bit of a mess and it was very difficult to communicate my needs with him.
I have attached what I have (excel form, pdf's, the program created by 3rd party and brochure of the other software available online)
Form 1 - Vehicle details (contains Stock#) and is filled by dealer upon acquisition of vehicle.
These fields will also fill automatically into other forms /PDFs to eliminate repetitive manual entries. Record book needs to be a part of Form 1 also but is for database only, no print required.
On Purchase - Dealer pulls up by Stock# on UI. Previously entered data will show and Dealer can complete the rest of the forms (Vehicle Pricing & Purchase By) which have some fields already autofilled by information entered into Form 1. These can be one form and will generate the receipt (tax invoice). The Receipt will auto generate a number within the database.
Dealer Details - The dealers information will be permanent and it will auto insert into forms with each vehicle.

A similar software is available online but has accounting software attached which is not wanted.
