Facebook Gift Application Revamp

(As currently, it runs in old fbml canvas mode), with all features, design maintained and functional. 2. We no longer need the sr/peanutlabs/offerpal integration in the "earn" tab, we will replace it with facebook credits (new feature for you to integrate). 3. It should works with ajax so there is minimal loading in between tabs. Requirements: All features must be fully kept/maintained, and functional. I must be 100% satisfied with the result.
